Even Wayne and Garth Kept Lists
There are soooo many things to keep track of in a salon- often times you go on a run to pick up a few necessary items only to get back and someone finds another thing that is needed. If this happens in your salon consider having a few master lists to check off on once a week. This way it can help you keep track of items that you may not realize that you need. If you are too busy to take on the task of checking it- partner up with someone in the salon willing to help you out! Create a few different lists to have on hand so that you can be prepared for items you are getting low on.
